I am in LOVE with loreal h.i.p pigments (in the little bottles)...What other brands carry vibrant pigments...?

that have staying power? Don't answer nyx because Im awaiting a huge lot of them through ebay b.c I heard they were fantastic and don't tell me Mac either b.c they're overpriced everywhere.
