Report this or let it be ( burger dropped on floor stepped on then served )?

I work at a fast food joint after school-nevermind which one but everyone goes there-and yesterday my friend, or coworker, whatever you want to call him was on the grill flipping and a burger flipped onto the floor, which is no biggie it happens sometimes, but you're supposed to throw them away but he just used his spatula to sc it right off the floor, but before he could fing it he stepped on it-it even had his sho imprint on it, then he threw it back on the buns and served it up. Normally this wouldn't bother me too much. We drop burgers all the time and sometimes pile them up and suck off the dust mites and dirt with a dustbuster we keep in the utility closet, but he just came out of the mens room and we hadn't mopped it yet-see what I'm saying-people miss and pee on the floor then he stepped on someones burger and served it up. I should have said something but I don't want any drama and besides a little burger furr isn't that big a deal, but it's bothering me more han I though it would.
