Pilonidal cyst?

ok, i got another question. i was put on antibiotics for my Pilonidal cyst and i had it drained. its not there anymore (this is the second day after drainage) and its not there anymore really. It's shrinking with every ping day. If i keep a good hygiene, will this prevent it from being infected? and what % of the cysts come back after the first time they get infected?
