Putting My Life Back?

Basically, I've financially aided EVERY "Sally, sad, sob story" brought forth to me. I guess it's because I grew up XTRMELY poor, left home whn I was 14yrs old, n college educated myslf. Frankly, I've done very well financially for myslf n by myslf. A sngle mther of 2 kids, (2 yrs old n 5yrs old) I also fster 2 teens, nobdy wntd thm bcause babies r more desirble 2 take in thn older kids...I looked at it as my rspnsiblty as an American citizen 2 hlp our chldrn...thy r the future of America. Besides thy've been severely neglected n abused all their lives n I was not gonna be a part of that society that just do not care. At 39, I find myself financially struggling...My crdt's shot due to late pmts, so I can't refi my condos (I have 3, but all mrtgaged n currntly in the rear 2 mnths). I do have income coming in, just don't have time. A small loan of $30k would help so I can regroup my thghts or try 2 sell one of thm. I do not eat due to XTREME stress + I am battling cancer..pls advse. Thnx
