What are some things I can make to sell?

So me and my mom are startin a small business:) and its gonna be an earthy kinda store and all I have to really make stuff with is tons and tons and tons of embriodery thread which I usually make those thick friendship bracelets with....but idk if I could sell those there and they take a while to make. I have lots of nailpolish......dont think I can do anything with that. I have a bunch of sequins, puff birds eggs and yarn and all this cool stuff but what can I make out of it?
