Should the "Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act" be renamed or at least delayed until forever?

We all know it won't p the senate before 2013. We know it can't overcome a presidential veto. Ping a repeal bill in the house this year is just a symbolic gesture. It tells the people that voted the Republicans into office that they intend to repeal it as soon as they can. The people that want it repealed will vote for more republicans in 2012. The people that don't will vote for democrats. We'll see what the voters decide.
