i have a problem excercising with my and upper body. the more i excercise the more i lose my and i actually want a . and the upper part of my bdy is a different story.. my abs never want to go away no matter how many sit ups i do. my arms the same way. i work where i use my arms everyday and i have no idea why it hasnt gone down in size. but it still doesnt have as much muscle. does anyone know of a great excercise or regimen where i can improve these things?
