Hacking windows 7?????????????????????????????…

ok, my mom has put parental controls on my laptop so it shuts down at 9 i hate it soo much epescilly when im trying to talk to frans and then it logs out.. how do u hack it? i have heard of ways to hgack it but tht involves downloaded crap onto my laptop. do u know of anyways?? anything will help!
