Please answer i knmow who killed me and haunting of molly heartly don't get enidngs?

i wasnt sure about the I Know Who Killed Me ending...that movie was a little weird and messed up...I am not sure but i think in Molly Hartley when she stabbed herself she joined those people or whatever and didn't die and her dad tried to tell people about it and they thought he was nuts
