I'm looking for a movie with a scene in the desert, where a woman is dying and rescued by some bedouin?

A white (british or american perhaps) woman is in the middle of the desert and dying of thirst. She is on her hands and knees and basically faints. She wakes up when a cloaked person (maybe an arab woman, a bedouin) slowly drips water from her finger onto the dying woman's lips. That's the only thing I remember about the movie. Move is at least 10-15 years old, so pre 1995.
