I probably went up to 3,000-4,000 calories eating oatmeal, chocolate pudding, fruit loops, chocolate candy, peanut er, peanut er and jelly sandwhich (with tons of PB and J), buiscuts w/ cheddar cheese, chocolate protein shake, orange juice, and tons more. I just ate and ate and ate. I felt horrible then, but I managed to fall asleep. Now I'm awake with a headache and feeling bloated. What can I do to ease this feeling?
