How much money is a child worth?

We are paying 2500 to take my husbands ex-gf, never married, to court. She served OFP papers on him last night at his work, the county jail. He is a correctional officer and we live 8 hours away from her. She says in it that he is calling too often and it is harment. How it made it through the clerk of courts is beyond me. But this has sped up our money search and we need to come up with the money in two days for a custody hearing. My real question is, did she ruin it for herself by doing this, will the judge see now how crazy she is and does this increase our chance if he wanted to try for full custody? He is current on support, we had him 2 months this summer and he has been in his life with minimal drama from her until her new BF came around. He called my hubby the other day and threatened him, so we filed a police report incase down the road we need to take further action against him, she got mad the police talked to her and I guess did this order in retaliation. On the papers it says she wants my husband me and my husbands father and mother to have no contact with her, her family and the child. Sorry for the rambling, but mainly does this actually HELP our case?
